1. Data Controller

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following personal data when you use our booking form:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Class and schedule preferences
• Additional messages you choose to send

3. Purpose of Processing

The data collected is used exclusively to process class bookings, communicate information about our services and respond to contact requests. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal Basis

Processing of data submitted via the booking form is based on pre-contractual measures and the subsequent performance of the service contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you opt in to receive marketing communications, additional processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for the period in which you are our student and for up to 3 years after your last contact, after which data is securely deleted. Email correspondence is retained for the same period. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

7. Cookies and Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics for aggregated statistical purposes. This service does not use cookies, does not assign persistent identifiers, and does not collect personally identifiable data. We do not use behavioural advertising cookies, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar.

8. Sub-processors and International Transfers

We use the following providers to support the website and communication:

• Vercel Inc. (USA) — site hosting and aggregated analytics. Data transfer protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Google LLC / Google Ireland — provider of the info@ringverde.pt mailbox. Messages exchanged with us pass through Google infrastructure.
• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) — when you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, the WhatsApp terms and privacy policy additionally apply.

These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually bound to protection levels equivalent to those required by the GDPR.

9. Security

We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, alteration or destruction. The site uses HTTPS encryption for all communications.

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised update date.
