TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Scope
These terms govern the use of outdoor boxing training services provided by Joaquim Simões, under the trade name Ring Verde, at Quinta das Conchas, Lisbon.
2. Bookings and Payments
- Bookings are made through the website form and are subject to confirmation.
- Payment is made directly to the coach at the start of each session or as agreed for packs.
- Class packs have validity periods as indicated in each pack description.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations up to 24 hours before the class: no penalty.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: the class is counted in the pack.
- In case of adverse weather conditions, classes are rescheduled at no cost.
4. Participant Responsibility
- Participants must inform the coach of any medical conditions or injuries before starting training.
- Participation in classes is the responsibility of each participant, who declares being fit for physical activity.
- Prior medical consultation is recommended, especially for those who do not exercise regularly.
5. Code of Conduct
- Punctuality: classes start at the scheduled time.
- Mutual respect between all participants and the coach.
- Keep the training area clean and organized.
- Follow the coach's instructions throughout the session.
6. Image Rights
We may take photographs or videos during classes for sharing on social media or the website. If you do not wish to appear, simply inform the coach. We always respect your wishes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ring Verde is not responsible for injuries resulting from sports practice when these occur despite compliance with the coach's instructions. Physical activity carries inherent risks that participants accept upon enrollment.
8. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes take effect after publication on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
